Pierre Brissaud

Pierre Brissaud’s illustrations translated couture into realistic scenes of leisure in the homes and gardens of the well-to-do, breathing life into the designs of Jeanne Lanvin, Doucet, and the House of Worth. He contributed extensively to VOGUE both before and after Gazette du Bon Ton was sold, though rarely on the cover.
